Our journey began with a deep passion for education and a commitment to student success. Cordia Bishop, our founder who brings over 15 years of experience in career and technical education, recognized the need to bridge the gap between educational opportunities and workforce demands. She saw firsthand the challenges that community and charter schools face in obtaining funding and effectively implementing CTE programs. This inspired her to leverage her extensive background in grant writing and program development to offer tailored solutions that drive significant outcomes for schools and their students.

Since then, her story, and subsequently our own, has been of dedication and impact. After securing significant grant funding and witnessing the positive changes it brought to schools, she knew she had found her calling. She established Career-Tech Educational Services of Ohio, LLC, to provide specialized consulting services that assist schools in navigating the complexities of CTE program development and funding. Now, we are committed to empowering schools by improving their educational programs, ensuring students are not only ready for the workforce but also equipped to achieve sustainable wages and economic stability. Our mission is to support schools in creating dynamic learning environments that meet industry standards and boost student engagement and achievement.
